INDIBA wins a trademark infringement proceeding against its trademark.

Faced with infringements of its intellectual and industrial property, INDIBA has recently obtained a conviction in China against a Chinese company for trademark infringement. The offenders were engaged in manufacturing and selling fake INDIBA machines.

The judgment has been issued by the Xinwu District People’s Court of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, with the procedure No. (2020) Su 0214 Xing Chu No. 756.

Shenzhen Manwei Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd and the companies management team have been convicted of trademark infringement crimes and, consequently, have been issued large fines as well as being sentenced to prison for the said crimes. The judgment has also agreed to destroy all the fake machines.
